This place is very sketchy There is no privacy at all Parking at our apartment area is very limited Other tenants are very dirty There is trash everywhere and the trash compactor area is always loaded with bags of trash all over the ground Its sad St This place is very sketchy There is no privacy at all Parking at our apartment area is very limited Other tenants are very dirty There is trash everywhere and the trash compactor area is always loaded with bags of trash all over the ground Its sad Staff seems friendly The online payment system is garbage Management did not properly change the rent price from 411 to 440 and I could not pay the extra amount so I was charged a late fee The new gate that was put in the front is bad also I like keeping other people out but nobody can properly use it so the line to get in the complex goes all the way out to 28th street and it sometimes goes down pretty far Its dangerous more ... hide ...

Horrible place to live Bed bugs roaches etc managers were HORRIBLE We had our unit tagged by gang members my car and my husbands car shot out with a gun or bbgun windshield my car window and his car window I drove around without a window for months Horrible place to live Bed bugs roaches etc managers were HORRIBLE We had our unit tagged by gang members my car and my husbands car shot out with a gun or bbgun windshield my car window and his car window I drove around without a window for months And by a bunch of thugs Management did nothing they didnt even care We were quiet residents and we minded our own business We have children to focus on and are grown adults They asked us to bring a DEAD bug bed in a bag before they sprayed Took them a month to call orkin We are clean people some of their tenants I think not Thats why we had bugs Finally after all the abuse we endured we finally moved out and they took us to court Are you freaking kidding me Yall should be paying US I would not recommend living here Horrible managers Christina and especially corporate They dont care about anything but money Yall will get your money but wheres ours All that damage to our vehicles and especially being targeted Supposed to be a gated community right Because it never was the gates were open all day anyone can just drive through or walk into the apartment community And yall took us to court Lol very professional it may look nice on the outside but it is NOT Dont do it And to be honest this place deserves half a star probably ZERO stars if I had the opportunity to do so I would never recommend this place tonAnyone And yall charge for water Its an apartment right Most apartments dont Its a con PS management never answered the phone DO NOT work with you for rental payments that is lie if your 60 short Ive heard about themnPutting up eviction notices on peoples doors lol three day pay of quit So whoever said that on this review site lol thats a joke Management was rude and obviously plays favorites as far as Im concerned We really had a poor experience here and are still have to pay yall when we were targeted and harssed by thugs and our vehicles were damaged multiple times so we leaving a month or so early before our lease is up when we lived there for almost 4 years Really And because we are done being harassed yall take us to court Just unbelievably unprofessional it really disgusts me more ... hide ...
