You all made a $750 deposit, while everyone else had to pay $400, but because you had evictions, she told you to pay an extra $350. That's where she made a mistake. "Sean" obviously has no clue about what goes on in the office since the doors have been locked due to Covid-19. How can he even see through the walls? That's not possible. You all showed up on the 22nd, knowing you were being evicted on the 31st, and were told it would take up to 7 business days to process. When the lady called 9 times in 4 minutes, she was asked to call, leave a voicemail, and patiently wait for her call to be returned or to come pick up her deposit. If this is how you behave when applying, just think about how you would act if you moved in. She works alone and our wonderful residents understand and respect that! But she disregarded that request and started calling the maintenance line. You all did too much. Where did you even think of this stuff? I took the $750 deposit to the car myself, had the lady SIGN confirming she received it (we have her signature and a video of you arriving and taking your deposit) and then I returned insidemore ...hide ...
Set right in between two ghetto properties but somehow it looks nothing like them you can tell the manager does her job to make sure she got good tenants and that they follow the rules I tried staying here but needed a 1 bedroom and they were full

Valencia was extremely professional She communicated every step of the way during the rental process She went over and beyond and responded in a timely fashion when I had questions I would highly recommend this property
