while the apartment layout and size are preferable, the maintenance is not up to par. the outside needs pressure washing badly, landscaping is sad, doors need paint, trash needs policing, and the dumpster is ALWAYS ovewhile the apartment layout and size are preferable, the maintenance is not up to par. the outside needs pressure washing badly, landscaping is sad, doors need paint, trash needs policing, and the dumpster is ALWAYS overflowing. closet size is ample, tile floors are quality, however the grout has never been cleaned or sealed. the complex is full so Im certain that work orders are abundant, however I do not feel that is an excuse. management has a high turnover rate.It is not possible to avoid infestation if other tenants are gross.
