I moved out in December of 2021 due to my lease coming to an end. April 2022 I was being served court papers which I didn€™t everything I was supposed to. I made that known. I made that known. They told me I wasn€™t supposed to be filed on and dropped it. Told me they would be mailing me a check for my deposit. 30 days later no check nor responses from Lori in the office. Phones calls and voicemails no response. I wouldn€™t even make it a big deal had they not filed on me in the first place.more ...hide ...

I went in to check on renting an apartment there and not only are they very polite but they are very thorough. They made you feel welcome just like I was at home. You can best believe when Im ready to rent an apartment I wont be going anywhere else but Providence Pointe. The only reason I gave them a 5 Star is because it is the highest rating on Google.
