This is a great community The management team goes over and beyond for you I have never had a problem in the years I have lived here and maintenance is fastreliable The homes are nice and comfortable Comes with washer and dryer and spacious closets
The maintenance workers in 2017 slow to correct problems lady friend had no ice maker so they gave her an ice tray 9 months later she still had an ice maker this year she got a new refrigerator
I have no problem with management I call and things are fixed in a timely mannerMsAntoinette always is everything ok and dont hesitate to call if I have a problem
The management is still very unprofessional The place is very cheaply build My house flooded during a rain storm and I reported it to managementno one ever came out to look at anything They need a professional management company

I moved here October 2020. I love the place. Most people keep to themselves, like I do. Contrary to what one person posted, it is quite. I have heard one disturbance since Ive been there. I have heard one disturbance since Ive been there. My apartment patio faces out toward the pool and common area. The children play out there and I enjoy hearing them play!!!! I know a lot of children from the school where I use to work. I would recommend this complex to anyone. In fact I did to one of my friends but there are none available. One down thing is the playground. I have my grandchildren on the weekends some and the playground could be improved like Bridgewaters.more ...hide ...
