Property management is terrible Complain about different things and always told work order has been put in yet nothing ever done My apartment itself is now moldmildew infected and has deteriorated both my health and my mom health Its terrible

I just move here from a mold infested apartment in another complex in Pascagoula. From what I can tell this is one of the best in Pascagoula. It€™s quiet mostly. It€™s quiet mostly. Especially compared to the complex I was in south of 90. Yes there is trash in the parking lot however I believe that is on the people in the other buildings. Every time I have asked for maintenance to fix something they done it quickly. The apartment is nice comfortable and has a lot of room. I have fairly new appliances in my apartment which is a huge step up from the circa 1960 appliances I delt with at the other complex. The available storage in these apartments is amazing. I was finally able to unpack all of my things. We love it here.more ...hide ...
