2023-01-21T03:00:02ZI moved out of the Ridge of Waveland Apartments at the end of January. My sister and I both lived there. She lived in building #2 and I was in #1. We never bothered anyone who lived back there. We always tried to help people as much as we could, espe I moved out of the Ridge of Waveland Apartments at the end of January. We always tried to help people as much as we could, especially those who seemed like decent people. After moving out, I never received my deposit back, nor did my sister. We both were impeccable housekeepers; we left everything clean with no trash or furniture left behind and no debts owed. So, I decided to call and check on my deposit. The corporate office told me that my deposit was withheld but they couldn't or wouldn't tell me why. They said that I would have to call a certain number which turned out to be a collection agency. I called but no one ever called me back--the same thing happened with my sister. The Ridge of Waveland Apartments has a record of high management turnover; they never return anyone's deposit. They will find a reason to keep your deposit no matter what. I highly recommend that nobody applies to live there because when my sister and moved into the apartments (around the same time), they were full of roaches and filthy dirty--it took us two months to get rid of roaches and clean it up to our satisfaction . 2022-05-20T11:46:50ZI went there to fill out and pay a deposit in Feb 22 The leasing agent said every was correct and accepted and they should have something avail in the next 4 weeks They called back at the end of April said I had a unit available but I had to fill out I went there to fill out and pay a deposit in Feb 22 The leasing agent said every was correct and accepted and they should have something avail in the next 4 weeks They called back at the end of April said I had a unit available but I had to fill out everything again and submit new check stubs Mind you they already had my deposit and I had completed these steps When I asked what happened to my original paperwork I was blown off Currently May 20 still no place to stay 2 leasing agents have quit since initial Feb 17 encounter They never answer the phone you drive up to the office repeatedly only to get the run around Im the only one here I have 10 applications to process but you called and said a unit was ready 20 days ago Just not the way to do business I hope to God the maintenance and other services are not like this more ... hide ...
