The current apartment manager is THE BEST apartment manager that I have ever had He is kind caring and concerned but also strict with those that were not following rules As will all low income housing you have some tenants that are not the best neigThe current apartment manager is THE BEST apartment manager that I have ever had He is kind caring and concerned but also strict with those that were not following rules As will all low income housing you have some tenants that are not the best neighbors but Connie worked very hard to make sure they were held accountable when problems arose He keeps the grounds incredibly clean and maintained Whenever I had an issue in my unit he was available to fix it Each time a tenant left the apartments were thoroughly cleaned and new carpetflooring installed when needed The only reason I moved out was because I needed to get closer to home on the west coast I will always remember our happy days at the Westwind Villagemore ...hide ...
