When I called and asked for help, they weren't responsive, so I had to fix it myself, which is a major safety concern. A week has passed and they still haven't come to inspect it. Furthermore, when I checked the washer-dryer area, it smelled like a kitty litter box and shook so violently that the neighbors below banged on my ceiling. When I moved the washer, I found feces! It's as if no one had cleaned it before I moved in. I brought this up to them and they said I had to notify them within the first day of moving in if I think the apartment wasn't cleaned properly. Aside from these main problems, there are small issues like a broken bathroom outlet and some windows that don't open or won't stay open and just shut. All in all, this is an acceptable place to live, but make sure you look into every corner and all things before you commit to live there for a year. more ... hide ...

Ive been here for years and theyve worked with me through everything Its a fairly quiet apartment complex which is appealing to me and the location is great Never had a problem with any of my neighbors and its a comfortable place to live

The apartments are a good value, however the management is terrible. In all my years I have never encountered a company that was so incapable in their duties. If management needs something done, it must be done within 72 hours. If you as an occupant The apartments are a good value, however the management is terrible. If you as an occupant need something, they are lethargic and do not prioritize your requests. Last winter, hot water and heat were out for a week when temperatures would not exceed 10 degrees. Management did not provide any heaters for the first three days and when they finally did, it came after a great deal of complaining. They never offered alternate accommodations for showers since the water was very cold. To conclude, if you're looking for a inexpensive apartment but don't mind horrible management, Rock River and Crest View (same management) are an option.
