Very poor customer service and the staff is unprofessional Maintenance will enter your apartment without notice Very unorganized management does not communicate with tenants about work orders for maintenance Office hours are inconsistent

Very poor communication They give a tenant 3 days to produce papers from the state that takes 57 business days Then they want to charge an eviction fee late fee court fees This is ridiculous when they never stated a deadline when the forms needed Very poor communication They give a tenant 3 days to produce papers from the state that takes 57 business days Then they want to charge an eviction fee late fee court fees This is ridiculous when they never stated a deadline when the forms needed to be submitted This is just a way for them to collect more money I can only imagine how many other tenants they did this too Guess we will see what happens in court when I provide all the emails and print outs more ... hide ...
