They told me that a unit would be available within two weeks; unfortunately it ended up being four months. When we contacted them regarding what was happening they said (after telling us we were on a waiting list as we had applied before capacity) that we weren't anymore and would have to start again from scratch even though no units were vacant. This is terribly unprofessional and lacks empathy for those searching for homes. Additionally, there was a professional lady working in the office who provided great service yet she's no longer present; instead there's an unprofessional transitioning manager who shouldn't be in this role. One complaint from one person about a situation is one thing but multiple complaints from various people about the same individual is something else entirely. Your community has great potential to be an amazing place to live; don't let one person ruin it for your company. more ... hide ...

Cambridge oaks is nice quiet and the apartments are cozy My RA is Alexandra Lee shes super nice and incredibly helpful

I have had my name on a list since they filled when they first opened Came back to put my name on the list for the new phase just to be told there is no longer a list Ive waited 2 years

I put a application in months ago and have been trying to call and go by there to see if anything was available and nobody has answered or returned my phone calls and messages plus I am still in the process of getting in touch with them
