I recently moved into these apartments in December and I have several things that must be addressed First of all the management team is AMAZING Shawn and Tammy are so friendly and really do go out of their ways to make sure that your needs are met I recently moved into these apartments in December and I have several things that must be addressed First of all the management team is AMAZING Shawn and Tammy are so friendly and really do go out of their ways to make sure that your needs are met I cant mention management without also saying something about Al the WONDERFUL maintenance guy He stays on top of any issues that arise and is always willing to go the extra mile whenever he needs to This is a great team and I plan to stay The Lofts for a very long time I would definitely recommend these apartments Honestly I think this is the best thing that Franklinton has going for them at the moment If youre thinking about moving to the area you might want to check this place out The apartments are very beautiful and spacious more ... hide ...

Let me start off by saying this is a beautiful building If I could peacefully live in the beauty of my apartment without the following issues I would not be writing this review 1 There is a complete lack of communication except random pieces of paper Let me start off by saying this is a beautiful building If I could peacefully live in the beauty of my apartment without the following issues I would not be writing this review 1 There is a complete lack of communication except random pieces of paper stuck in the door I gave up emailing and calling after my last attempts were ignored 2 As you can see in the attached photos there is a severe cleanliness issue that needs to be addressed 3 THE NOISE IS UNBEARABLE If I could attach a video of the noise that Im stuck with from dawn until I go to bed youd understand my frustration I know and accept that there will be noise living in an apartment but the literal banging on my ceiling does not stop those in charge will not do anything about it and my concerns continue to go ignored If these things were addressed this would be a great place to live As of now however it is not more ... hide ...
