The A/C stopped working in May after we had to call four times; we got various excuses and it took a month for it to be fixed. Several other things also took a while to get repaired. Furthermore, there was always a smell of weed in my daughter's room, the parking lot was littered with glass and soiled nappies, and drug deals occurred even during daylight hours with police often patrolling the premises. The office manager was friendly but provided many explanations for why maintenance workers never appeared despite our countless requests for help; apparently they had received no orders from her office! When we moved in, certain doors were meant to be replaced but ended up being delayed by a week or two just so they could be repainted - yet even after six months there they still weren't changed! In August I began receiving threatening texts although I no longer lived there - how did these people get my number? All in all this apartment experience was terrible; please don't subject yourself or your family to such danger; extra locks had been installed on our door just so my wife felt secure at night! more ... hide ...

I love my apartment but my rent is kind of expensive but the people in the office are very nice and the Maintenance people Maurice and Anthony are very nice and theyre always on top of everything if you need something they hook it
