they never answer the phone when i try to call my mom

Clean inside staff seems kind but the outside is falling apart There isnt any outdoor space where the residents can go

Rosewood is wonderful The administrator and staff are kind compassionate and knowledgeable The facility is clean and hygienic Everyone treats my family member well and responds quickly to medically needs as of current care

I visited there and the staff was nice and polite its an old building but the quality of care Ive seen them give was above and beyond
