Some of the critiques about the valet trash collection and personnel shifts are accurate. Nevertheless, the complex can't control the independently owned valet trash company. On the other hand, if you don't overload the containers, flatten the boxes, and leave your trash can out by 5:30 pm Sunday to Thursday, the trash will always be collected. The office personnel is always helpful and friendly even though they have changed multiple times. Another frequent grievance is noise. The only noises I hear are loud cars and trucks starting and idling. Furthermore, you can hear children running and people taking pleasure in their balconies; which suggests the complex is safe. The maintenance crew has evolved but they are still fantastic and they commonly answer requests in the same day or the day after. Additionally, there are some construction and craftsmanship errors, but that's to be expected in apartments. If they are too obvious, just report them upon move-in and try to have them fixed. I highly recommend Sanctuary for anyone looking for a place to live in Pittsboro or who commutes to Chapel Hill or Sanford. It is a great place to reside!more ...hide ...
