Great place to live for the price Its a little cramped if youre living with more than one person in a studio but for college students living on their own its pretty nice Shared kitchen for general use paid laundry and Nasim is a fantastic landlord

I lived here for 3 years and I loved it Nasim did a great job getting me anything I ever needed and is honestly the best landlord Ive had so far I received my security deposit back a week after my departure too Nothing but positive things to say

Wish I could give NO stars but that€™s not an option. They don€™t fix ANYTHING. Maintenance sits outside all day socializing, but will refuse to come fix stoppedup tubs, blown lights, pick up trash, heck anything other than smoke a cigarette.
