I€™ve tried multiple times to get through to someone. I can€™t even get the contact Information for my case manager. When I finally get through to someone I€™m told the wrong contact information. When I finally get through to someone I€™m told the wrong contact information. I€™m struggling to pay my rent each month and I€™ve never had a problem with paying rent. You can€™t go into the building because of Covid. I believe they just changed it to where you can make an appointment to be seen. Can€™t even get aholdOf anyone anymore. I know times are hard right now and a lot of jobs are remote. Someone should at least respond back to my emails.more ...hide ...

Glenwood Commons will fraudulently keep your security deposit, even though there is absolutely no grounds for them to do so. InsGlenwood Commons will fraudulently keep your security deposit, even though there is absolutely no grounds for them to do so. I lived here for almost a year and a half and left my apartment exactly the way I found it. Instead of refunding the deposit they are making me pay for a previous tenants disrepair, even though I gave them a list of things needing repair on the day I moved in. The list, along with any knowledge of its whereabouts have suddenly disappeared. I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau and also filed a complaint with HUD since they are part of the equal housing opportunity program but I highly doubt it will make a difference. The apartments themselves are in a sad state of disrepair and every time it rains pieces of the ceiling fall down throughout the breezeway. I suggest looking elsewhere if youre needing an apartment, or at least be prepared to be taken advantage of when it comes to getting your security deposit back.more ...hide ...
