InsGlenwood Commons will fraudulently keep your security deposit, even though there is absolutely no grounds for them to do so. I lived here for almost a year and a half and left my apartment exactly the way I found it. Instead of refunding the deposit they are making me pay for a previous tenants disrepair, even though I gave them a list of things needing repair on the day I moved in. The list, along with any knowledge of its whereabouts have suddenly disappeared. I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau and also filed a complaint with HUD since they are part of the equal housing opportunity program but I highly doubt it will make a difference. The apartments themselves are in a sad state of disrepair and every time it rains pieces of the ceiling fall down throughout the breezeway. I suggest looking elsewhere if youre needing an apartment, or at least be prepared to be taken advantage of when it comes to getting your security deposit back.more ...hide ...
