I had my application there for almost 5 years I got a letter one day saying I was being removed from the waiting list because I didnt fill out page 2 I was being removed from a list I had been waiting on for 4 years First I called and asked a while b I had my application there for almost 5 years I got a letter one day saying I was being removed from the waiting list because I didnt fill out page 2 I was being removed from a list I had been waiting on for 4 years First I called and asked a while back if the line had moved She said the go through the papers once a year and call to see if you want on the list I was never called 2nd if I did somehow forget page 2 which I didnt why couldnt I just come in and fill it out Ill tell you why It was because obviously I wasnt wanted there They on purpose lost my page 2 so they could probably bump up a friend Its discrimination and it will probably happen to you as well Also the office is always empty I have tried calling this place tons of times with no answer Not that it maa as trees but Ill be contacting the owners of the apartments more ... hide ...

I LIVED AT BENCHMARK FOR SEVERAL YEARS WHEN MY CHILDREN WERE YOUNGI JUST WISH I COULD FIND A PLACE AS NICE AND SAFE AND WELL MANAGED AS THESE APTS WERE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE LIVING THERE AND WISH TO MOVE BACK ASAP RACHEL SCEARCE
