I almost had my car towed yesterday after I had gone to my mom's for a mere 10 minutes to take care of something she asked me to do. I'm left wondering how this could happen when the office was closed. Additionally, why is the office closed on a Tuesday? What kind of system are they running over there? This must violate some kind of municipal ordinance. I've heard many accounts of how they manage the complex. How could the maintenance worker (DON) summon a tow truck for me when he saw me attempting to reach someone in the office and still not talk to me?
