I have lived at Regency Park for about two weeks and so far it has been amazing I moved from Arizona without seeing the complex in person first so it was a little stressful but Teshia was an angel and made it as easy as possible even calling to remin I have lived at Regency Park for about two weeks and so far it has been amazing I moved from Arizona without seeing the complex in person first so it was a little stressful but Teshia was an angel and made it as easy as possible even calling to remind me when I forgot to sign a form so that it wasnt late I have also worked with Sarah since moving in and she is lovely The office staff is actually responsive and kind when many other places that I spoke to were not which was a huge factor in me choosing this place I have only seen two roaches here so far and it was when it was raining so its no big deal this is just something that comes with the area Maintenance has been extremely fast in filling my work orders and Felix is very kind making me feel safe with him in my apartment This is an affordable apartment for the area and yes there are probably more luxurious places to live but this apartment is everything that I need and I feel like it is well worth my money I feel safe here and am very happy with Regency Park thus far more ... hide ...

If I could give you all a zero I most certainly would One star is giving way too much A resident should never ever have to go through multiple steps to get a work order completed This is not the first second or third time I have had to go through If I could give you all a zero I most certainly would One star is giving way too much A resident should never ever have to go through multiple steps to get a work order completed This is not the first second or third time I have had to go through such a terrible experience Quick and adequate maintenance is supposed to be one of the benefits of living in an apartment community I put in a work order online maintenance came and did a halfway job as usual even leaving a receptacle open with live wires a serious hazard I then made a visit to the office after a few days of it being this way only to be told we will give you a call I got a call the next day stating that electricians would be there the next day No one came I marched back into the office again to bring the situation to light and only then did an electrician show up and complete the job Well lets hope its complete because they always forget or fail to do something Thank God no one in my home was electrocuted You all could at least act like you care more ... hide ...
