Sam the maintenance guy is the only reason Im writing this review You know the saying if you dont have anything good to say dont say anything at all thats why Ive been quiet However despite how horrible management is I love my place and Sam the main Sam the maintenance guy is the only reason Im writing this review You know the saying if you dont have anything good to say dont say anything at all thats why Ive been quiet However despite how horrible management is I love my place and Sam the maintenance man is always going the extra mile to make sure everything in my place is working in top shape Great job Sam Im sure Im not the only one who know that Sam is the one out of the few gems that Morgan place has going for them Sam deserves 5 stars Morgan Place management and amenities that are never available or working deserves 1 star So Ill give it 3 stars more ... hide ...

I been living over here for 2 years now and its nice and peaceful I have met some cool people Now its somethings could be better like the playground remodel it Get rid of the dog park bc no one take care of it Over all i enjoy staying here

DO NOT LIVE HERE I have lived here for 3 years and the new management is terrible They raised the rent in the last year claiming market value but this place has none of the amenities that other places on the market do They do not keep up the dog park DO NOT LIVE HERE I have lived here for 3 years and the new management is terrible They raised the rent in the last year claiming market value but this place has none of the amenities that other places on the market do They do not keep up the dog park or the playground area It is now August and they have not opened the pool all summer They have no gym no laundry area for those without washers or dryers and the dumpsters overfill frequently so I hope you enjoy the smell of garbage Whole apartment is outdated with disgusting carpet and horrible kitchen appliances My upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud and management has done NOTHING about it despite several complaints They have only told me to call the police I can hear every footstep conversations loud music sometimes until late at night Management here will do nothing for you so just hope you never have any problems Look across the street at Clemmons Trace Village much nicer apartments with better reviews and better bang for your buck I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE more ... hide ...
