I just moved in today the staff is amazing Renee took the time to help me apply and move in they were all so helpful I have been to places and nothing like the staff here double thumbs up for the staff

Lived here 2 years and would NOT recommend The walls are thin and you can hear your fellow tenants all around without them being loud Constantly had bugs and mice year round and I lived on the second story They didnt change out air filters the last Lived here 2 years and would NOT recommend The walls are thin and you can hear your fellow tenants all around without them being loud Constantly had bugs and mice year round and I lived on the second story They didnt change out air filters the last year I lived there When I moved in linoleum was cut and old kitchen cabinets were in rough shape and bottom pieces were missing The floors throughout the apt squeak and theres water damage on the ceiling in bathroom and master bedroom Windows are old and leaked so they condensate during a shower or any temp change also effects your energy bill Couple of times i had to notify maintenance when i smelled gas leaks do not put a gas range in a apt complex One persons mistake can cause an explosion No one picked up trash so grounds are always messy Area seems to be getting rougher Nice location as far as travel but thats the only positive Id say more ... hide ...

The place was supposed to be "move-in ready", but it had multiple issues; the toilet needed a new wax ring, towel racks came off the wall, the cabinets under the bathroom and kitchen sinks were water damaged and moldy, and the water heater was leaking (just to name a few). While living there, I had to file more maintenance requests, as the summer brought with it an infestation of bugs due to the large gaps in the baseboard. Additionally, a pipe began leaking in the kitchen, causing the ceiling to leak as well. In the year I was there, I saw the maintenance team more than some of my good friends!
