I wouldn't recommend that anyone move into this residence, even if they were being paid to do so. In June, when I first moved into my apartment, I noticed it smelled like cigarettes. I followed up with them four times and didn't even receive a response until they called me about a key they had left for me. I've spent a lot of money trying to get rid of the smell, but it hasn't been successful, and I'm not willing to pay for a professional cleaning. I'm looking forward to the day I can terminate my lease and get out of here. Everything I bought for my new place now reeks of tobacco.
