Absolutely rude maintenance people that cant even turn water off in emergency Property manager was really friendly but old white guy was extremely rude All other guys were polite just the old guy

The community of people here and the area of Durham is fantastic but the property management that runs the apartments are greedy duplicitous and apathetic I will be as detailed as possible in hopes the listed issues are resolvednn1 The Willow Bend we The community of people here and the area of Durham is fantastic but the property management that runs the apartments are greedy duplicitous and apathetic I will be as detailed as possible in hopes the listed issues are resolvednn1 The Willow Bend website front page advertisements of amenities include a picnicBBQ area and dog park None of these things existwhat does exist are two empty cement slabs with one trash can between the two of them that is constantly overflowing with trash including pet waste because the pet waste bins are rarely emptied either so much that it makes me not want to send my children outside to play The upkeepmaintenance of the common outdoor area seems almost nonexistent This is all while paying approx 1400 for 2 bedroomnn2 Maintenance requests are either completely ignored or take such a long time youd be better not need something like hot water fixednot 2 days after my movein I discovered I had no hot water and after several requests and it not being fixed I called someone to fix it and paid out of pocket Finally someone from maintenance came out approx 1 month after my initial request for repairs and by that time it was too little too late I also have broken windowsmissing screens that I requested to be fixed in my initial inspection of the apartment unit during move in process which they told me would be repaired immediately and have still yet to be fixed nearly 1 month laternn3 The onsite management has no real set schedule and appears to be there at random times and do not keep their word as far as getting maintenancerepairs done An issue as serious as no hot water would make an apartment unlivable but that did not seem to be a priority for managementnnI feel badly for many of my fellow immigrant neighbours our community includes many Spanish speaking immigrants and West African immigrants of various languages that do not speak English as a first language as I can only imagine the difficulties they must face when apartment issues arise more ... hide ...
