When we moved in, we were told there were no parking spots in the garage. So, for a few months I had to park my car in the city center, paying at the parking meters every hour. This place is not at all pet-friendly. The area is not suitable to take a dog out to do its business (not completely their fault). The closest grassy patch is across a street where cars drive very fast. At the beginning, we were excited to have a terrace on our floor, but this couldn't be used for our pet. However, this apartment keeps sending me emails to rate my experience, so here it is. If you don't have a dog and don't live on the second floor, then it should be okay. The personnel are very friendly, it just wasn't more ... hide ...
