I had a pleasent experience when I was in the store purchasing Juan Carlos was helpful and friendly when he was assisting me during the purchase The staff in the store are also patient and knowlegdable while we were there 1010

This is the worst Apple Store I have ever visited I tried to return a Christmas gift of an Apple Pencil that I bought for my 9 year old daughter that came engraved with another girls name on it I made an appointment but they would not assist me They This is the worst Apple Store I have ever visited I tried to return a Christmas gift of an Apple Pencil that I bought for my 9 year old daughter that came engraved with another girls name on it I made an appointment but they would not assist me They would not return or exchange They said it had to be done online and that I would have to spend another 130 on a new Apple Pencil before I could return the one with another girls name on it I was also told that Apple does not make engraving errors and Apple does not apologize Really disappointed with the service and the gaslighting along with it It feels like Im literally paying to be verbally assaulted whenever I enter this particular store more ... hide ...
