Some condos are upgraded while some are not the one that we were residing in for 3 years never had any upgraded appliances carpet or paint theres something seriously wrong with the pipes and plumbing system in the building beware as we had black mold

It has gone downhill fast The HOA does not seem to put a lot of effort into keeping the property up
