We were misled about the availability of laundry facilities and the promised new pool before summer (neither of which were true and the pool is just now being built). I am extremely unhappy with the service we have received. We have contacted the office numerous times, only to be directed to a company that says someone would call back, but no one ever does. When I went to the office in person, they said the issues had been resolved (which they hadn't). Maintenance had entered our unit without notifying us to fix a water leak for our downstairs neighbor, leaving a large mess behind. Despite being told someone would come and clean up, no one ever showed. Virginia said she would send an exterminator for the roach issue, yet still no one has come. Furthermore, my apartment is not up to NC building code standards, as there is no outlet in the bathroom near water sources. The renovations are also of poor quality. If I could, I would give them a 0 out of 10. more ... hide ...
