I feel obligated to share my experience with the most horrendous apartment I have ever lived in. STAY AWAY and live somewhere else! I am attaching some photos as evidence. STAY AWAY and live somewhere else! I am attaching some photos as evidence. Hawthorne has not reimbursed me for the harm they caused during maintenance. I was a tenant for 6 years, and whenever the resident above my unit moved out, I went through 4 water leaks. The apartment failed to provide 24-hour maintenance, which was in breach of the lease, and each time I experienced a water leak, I had mold growth. The maintenance team came to clean the molds, yet without informing me or protecting my possessions, they sprayed toxic Kilz. My belongings and the bathroom floor were covered in it (as pictured). Consequently, my personal belongings were worth $4357.53 and were destroyed. Despite this, Hawthornes lawyer tried to twist the facts and now claims that I declined their maintenance requests. I will continue to post here until Hawthorne agrees to settle and/or pay me $4357.53 in full. more ... hide ...

If we could give it 100 stars we would When we moved to NC we didnt know about this place We wish we knew and would have moved here first Beautiful location no trees to block the landscape Maintenance are exceptional people The leasing staff are exce If we could give it 100 stars we would When we moved to NC we didnt know about this place We wish we knew and would have moved here first Beautiful location no trees to block the landscape Maintenance are exceptional people The leasing staff are exceptionally helpful Our neighbors we met we loved loved loved It is a safe and clean atmosphere and best for families or older adults Happy that smoking wont be allowed there anymore The only downsides were people smoking on their patio that you walk by and one compactor for the whole place Makes it not fun to walk so far for garbage Other than that we would move here in a heartbeat If you are thinking about staying pay the extra money wait on the list it is amazing more ... hide ...
