They dont like to fix thingd.if you are older & disabled you might have issues with the cramped layout of my theappartments. Other residents are very nice. The management issues regarrding FULL SIZED SERVICE DOGS but they dont maintain rules about the dds small seemingly vicious \"ANKLE BITERS & CONSTANTLY BARKING DOGS\" . The doors to the building are real heavy & hard to openm. They can hurt you as you go in and out of the building. The outings they try to provide are not open to people neefi m g wheel chair assistance. They use cheap paint that washes right off when you try to remove finger prints or ct ooking splatter. When you call the actual Salvation Army to complain you are told to talk to management at the apartments. What good does this do you when the mangers is the problem? Location is great for getting around town and the actu as l coast for each unit varies according to your income. All residents are over 62 years old.more ...hide ...

Stopped by to ask about availability for an apartment, and the staff was incredibly stuck up and rude. Did not seem interested at all in getting a new tenant, and after the reviews on here, that€™s fine with me. Also the note on the door said €œmask required,€ which I personally do not care for masks or think they€™re effective, but considering they already seemed to dislike me I figured I€™d wear one€¦ but then not a soul in the entire office had one on€¦? And without even seeing the apartments, you can see from the outside they€™re not taken care of. Window treatments literally falling off and partially destroyed on most of the apartment windows€¦. Was really hoping I would not have to pay over $1000 for an apartment, but if places like these are the only options for under $1000, it€™s not worth it. Just spend the money on a nicer place with better security and a management team that isn€™t rude to potential tenants.more ...hide ...
