Our apartment complex's heat/AC unit broke in February and, as of April 7th, it still has not been fixed. We have been given the run-around by management and maintenance personnel and are extremely frustrated. My air went out before I went to work And it was fixed before I came home Thank you very much

It worked good for the first day and then stopped cooling as good again After the first attempt to fix it they ended up just replacing the outside unit for us Now it works really good thank you so much

Water out for 3 days now and no response of when it will be repaired Every time something needs repaired they are very slow to do so and almost never respond accordingly You can call and text and still wait days before hearing from anyone My air cond Water out for 3 days now and no response of when it will be repaired Every time something needs repaired they are very slow to do so and almost never respond accordingly You can call and text and still wait days before hearing from anyone My air conditioner was out for 4 months before they fixed it Overall management is terrible and maintenance men seem to change on a weekly basis Stairs outside are broken and someone could easily fall through them But again no one seems to care about these things until someone gets hurt This is a very unsafe place to live at times Police are always here for my neighbor Apartments have been raided by policemen yet the tenants are still allowed to stay That I dont understand Random people hang outside sell drugs and trash the units but again no one cares Cars speed in parking lot while children are outside playing And again No One Seems to Care more ... hide ...

Moved in 2 years ago and just renewed our lease for another year A year ago we were going to move out till the new company took over We are so glad they didnnI cant say enough about Erica the manager We are so thankful for her and the new company tha Moved in 2 years ago and just renewed our lease for another year A year ago we were going to move out till the new company took over We are so glad they didnnI cant say enough about Erica the manager We are so thankful for her and the new company that has taken over and how much better our complex is I have seen her cleaning the grounds her self and running the office and maintenance by her self I have also experience her coming to my apartment to do a work order herself because maintenance was out sick This girl is Unbelievable I have lived at 3 other places and never had a manager come do a work order most managers would just put it off till maintenance comes back to work It really amazes me someone that works that hard and in the office alone that anyone would have a negative thing to say Come experience it yourself and you will be glad you didnnThe manager here is phenomenal Erica is incredibly helpful and friendly Sometimes Ill even stop by the office just to chat We will stay here till we buy a house more ... hide ...
