They are based off of your income. I€™m currently not working and they are still trying to make me pay rent. Without fixing my apartment. They left it the same as it was from when the last person stayed here. But yet the others are being repaired and replaced with new things.before others move in. So why didn€™t mines get fixed before I moved in?? Then they try to make u pay for things..more ...hide ...
