It was like living with a group of teenage girls; always arguing, gossiping, and ostracizing others. I had to fight to get the flooring I wanted, which was without carpeting due to medical reasons. Now I'm confronting the issue of finding a handicap parking spot because there are at least three cars without handicap passes in the most convenient places. One of them even keeps a company van onsite. After Christmas I pulled up to unload my car, but all the handicap spots were taken. None of the cars had any indication of handicap passes on their license plates or mirrors. I know there are other spots close to the handicap ones, so why don't they park there? Some of them even think they can keep the same spot reserved. I've had three back surgeries, a knee replacement, and shoulder replacement, which makes it hard for me to carry heavy items inside. We don't have assigned parking. It's not easy to talk with the manager either, and if you do, she just cuts you off, basically saying it's none of your business. She doesn't listen or try to help solve the problem. I can't even recognize her if I pass her in the hall. I hardly ever see her; she stays in the office most of the time she's here. I feel like there's a prejudice against whites going on here, andmore ...hide ...

If you have any sort of money or dignity, find another place to live as it would not be that hard, especially if you are any kind of young professional. The only good thing I have to say about the place is the dam across the street is nice to walk at. I read the reviews before I moved in, thinking my experience would be different. While it wasn€™t completely god awful at every moment, expect very large roaches to appear on the walls and all over at random times, expect all of your clothes to smell like smoke, expect to hear loud crazy and scary arguments outside, and be prepared to not tell any of your friends where you live out of sheer embarrassment.more ...hide ...

We never get time to get comfortable with one manager and when we do, they leave. The amount of fights here and people who eaves drop/ don€™t mind their own business etc, get other people in trouble. Also pets should be allowed in here. I have depression, anxiety, and ADHD, autism and the process to get a therapy pet in here is absolutely ridiculous!Management is also very rude and sassy. One day they came into my apartment when I wasn€™t decent. I could take them to court for that but I€™m not. Also, they exposed this place with a TV crew for the news and bashed on the disabled people who live here. I will not recommend this place. I€™ve lived here for a few years and I hate it.more ...hide ...
