Now I'm confronting the issue of finding a handicap parking spot because there are at least three cars without handicap passes in the most convenient places. One of them even keeps a company van onsite. After Christmas I pulled up to unload my car, but all the handicap spots were taken. None of the cars had any indication of handicap passes on their license plates or mirrors. I know there are other spots close to the handicap ones, so why don't they park there? Some of them even think they can keep the same spot reserved. I've had three back surgeries, a knee replacement, and shoulder replacement, which makes it hard for me to carry heavy items inside. We don't have assigned parking. It's not easy to talk with the manager either, and if you do, she just cuts you off, basically saying it's none of your business. She doesn't listen or try to help solve the problem. I can't even recognize her if I pass her in the hall. I hardly ever see her; she stays in the office most of the time she's here. I feel like there's a prejudice against whites going on here, and more ... hide ...
