My search for reasonably priced apartments in Charlotte was a STRUGGLE for months. Then, I discovered The Village of Rosedale Apartments. After I read the reviews, which were mostly positive regarding the area (no violence, no random gunfire at all hours, utilities like water/trash included, roomy, and great location), I was encouraged. Although there were several negative reviews about the staff not responding to calls (but if that's the only criticism, that's saying a lot), those reviews are no longer applicable. Whenever I call with random questions during their shift, Ms. Angelica and Ms. Shaderria always answer the phone and are always very pleasant and helpful. To be honest, I don't want to live anywhere else because I'm sure I'd be well taken care of if I resided here. It's clear that people really appreciate living here since the turnover rate is low; the waiting list is almost two years long, so be prepared to wait patiently.more ...hide ...

I rate with 3 ŸŒŸ because I just got to the office to place an app for housing. Miss Webb is a very pleasant person. I hope to get to live there.
The apartment complex has an awesome manager. She goes over and above to provide activities for the residents. The staff is awesome and keep the building and surrounding area clean. I had a windshield that needing replacement and clips for loose molding, a job they were willing to schedule within hours of my calling; I was not only met by prompt and courteous customer service in the office, but quality mechanics who thoroughly explained every step and concern along the way. Unfortunately, my first windshield had been delivered chipped; not only did they immediately inform me and send for a replacement to be delivered within 10 minutes, but they apologized for the inconvenience and offered an extremely generous discount.Although I chose to meet them on site, they have an expansive team that will come out to you, delivering these same high quality standards at your convenience. There is also an on premise mechanic to help with oil changes and maintenance.All in all I am floored by the quality of workmanship and service I received, proving you cant judge a book by its cover... or a business by its curb appeal.more ...hide ...

I Made the visit because I wanted to see the property other then what I saw on the internet. Ms. Debbie was very helpful by telling me about the complete application and the waiting process. I had my sites on another location an decided not to return the application however her follow up was exceptional, finally I told her I was no longer interested but kept the application. Recently I called Anita Stroud and again Ms. Debbie was professional in assisting me, It had been 1 year. I turned the application in. A letter came in the mail approving the screening process for the wait list YAY!!! So now Im praying and patiently waiting and looking forward to Anita Stroud to be my new home!more ...hide ...
