It has been hazardous for three weeks now, and they've just laid another layer of carpet over the wet area, creating even more mess. Despite their focus on parking and landscaping, there is still garbage everywhere, no warning signs for kids, and the pool is closed all summer, closing at 5 pm. The rent is still increasing, while the appliances, carpet, and safety signs remain unfixed. The amenities like the pool and gym are not even functioning. The living space is very limited, and they don't clean the carpet after the maintenance issues; they just lay another layer on top, which is only a cover up. more ... hide ...

Overlook Apartments in Raleigh is a great place to live Ive lived there for over 4 years I have great neighbors whom all look out for each other The staff is awesome and the prices per unit are very reasonable Over all just a great place to call home

I have been here since 2017 and love the neighborhood The newest staff members are amazing and very helpful Any issues I have with the apartment are handled in a speedy and professional manner Overlooke is one of the best places Ive ever lived
