To reiterate what someone else said, they are very cunning in their actions. They made the excuse, \"Oh no, well take care of it.\" and then it came time for the least to be done, we couldnt go anywhere, because someone had backed out of renting to us. They said they didnt want any monetary compensation, took us to court and just wanted us out, come to find out later, they had gone behind our backs and took us to court again and now some how we owe 3000 dollars.
