Clean & well keptUpdate 12/29/2020Several neighbors have told me that their apartments have unaddressed mold issues AND as of recently our water bills have gone up to:$123/month (for very little use)To$145-175/mo for reaClean & well keptUpdate 12/29/2020Several neighbors have told me that their apartments have unaddressed mold issues AND as of recently our water bills have gone up to:$123/month (for very little use)To$145-175/mo for reasonable use (dishwasher, shower & laundry for 2-3 people).Glyphosate (round-up) is sprayed liberally on a weekly basis, year round.Neighbors allow their dogs to relieve themselves right next to your patio & front door - if you live on the bottom floor.Lastly, no matter which building (of 4) you reside in, youre bombarded with EMFs from smart meters & Wi-fi .The rent went up (twice last year, for some residents).Even though they are subsidized by the state, they are content to increase rent that leads to taking 75-80% of ones income (as if theyre not getting enough funds from the state.)I was grateful for landing here almost 2 years ago, but will gladly be moving on when my next lease expires.more ...hide ...
