However, I was told once I pay my outstanding balance I was able to rent here again. Well this year I applied to the apartment complex did everything the manager asked and brought all the documents that was needed only to be told I was denied. I asked why was I denied? I was told it was because I was evicted from them back in 2016. No one said I would be ineligible to apply here if I was evicted. All that time waisted and false hope. I asked well can this be removed because it carries with me to every rental place I apply to, they say no. So now me and my kids are homeless thanks to one months rent not being paid which led to an eviction.
