I thought I loved this place for my mom however Im concerned at the lack of courtesy and concern they have for their tenantsnnIm very concerned about my mother living in this facility After attempting to reach my mother and not hearing from her in f I thought I loved this place for my mom however Im concerned at the lack of courtesy and concern they have for their tenantsnnIm very concerned about my mother living in this facility After attempting to reach my mother and not hearing from her in few days my sisters and I began to worry I called the front office asking if they could do a wellness check and was informed by Lynette that they can not knock on my mothers door to see if shes okay and that they dont perform wellness checks since its not an assisted living facility I was told that I need to contact 311nnA stranger would knock on a neighbors door in the community if they wondered about their safety I dont understand how walking down the hall is so difficult My mother is mobile and able to care or herself however she is senior citizen This is a senior living facility with an office Admin on staff The lack of concern they have for people and their tenants is baffling I bet if they didnt get their rent money they would walk a few doors down to knock on the door more ... hide ...

The lady on the phone was very disrespectful when I was trying to talk to her about my grandmother I asked her to send me information to my email and she was trash Cant help people like her probably very unhappy with life and where she works
