The landscape architecture is great with all the grass neatly manicured and other vegetation well taken care of. The amenities are excellent as well with an outstanding saltwater pool ideal for a summertime unwinding, lots of barbecues for cookouts, and the straightforward joy of leaning back in a hammock. If you have a furry companion, this is an incredible spot since you have access to a great nearby trail that circles the property, lots of poop stations and a committed doggy shower zone in the event that they get somewhat messy. The apartment is incredibly near to all the shopping you could need, superb food locations, and easily accessible to the 15-501 and other major streets. The genuine pearl is the office staff, as they are so easy to deal with and are incredible at getting effective turnaround to demands or worries, regularly inside a couple of hours. The rent is a bit costly, I will concede, yet truly you are getting a ton for your money and relatively to other properties charging the same or more, you are really coming out on top. I think what separates the many varied apartments in the area are the management and facilities of each individual complex. On these two areas, it was my opinion that this complex shone. The staff, Grace, Josh, Amanda and Divinity were always responsive to our needs or concerns, whether it be a maintenance issue or struggles with the trash collection. You only had to call and they were on it. But more than that, they are good people. They seemed to actually get to know and remember individual tenants a lot more than you would expect in a large complex like that, which initially would always surprise me. But bottom line, the fact that Grace and Josh went out of their way to be as helpful as they could be when necessary made a big difference in our experience. As for facilities, the clubhouse and pool are very nice, but I especially liked the gym there. Had a great variety of varied types of equipment and it was available 24/7. more ... hide ...
