It is close to Appian Way, and is quite convenient with quick access to Easton and 270, as well as many restaurants, shopping spots, and bars within a couple miles. Across the street from L brands/Bath and Body Works and Express DCs, it's also near Costco and Trader Joe's. There are a variety of people living there with diverse backgrounds; however walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. Our upstairs neighbors had a dog that barked for hours on end once WFH started, so we had to use white noise machines/air filters to drown out sound. Additionally there were many pitbulls in the area leaving dog poop everywhere in green areas- although bags were provided by management for clean up. Furthermore there were 420 friendly neighbors around; police patrol occasionally checked on things too. Upon move out they replaced an old carpet our puppy tore up without charging us which we appreciated greatly; they also fixed things quickly whenever needed during our stay at Elms Apartments. Though we currently pay almost twice the rent at New Albany which is fancier than before pandemic times here there have been more car break ins recently though that happens everywhere unfortunately.more ...hide ...
