The apartment complex has an awesome manager. She goes over and above to provide activities for the residents. The staff is awesome and keep the building and surrounding area clean. I had a windshield that needing replacement and clips for loose molding, a job they were willing to schedule within hours of my calling; I was not only met by prompt and courteous customer service in the office, but quality mechanics who thoroughly explained every step and concern along the way. Unfortunately, my first windshield had been delivered chipped; not only did they immediately inform me and send for a replacement to be delivered within 10 minutes, but they apologized for the inconvenience and offered an extremely generous discount.Although I chose to meet them on site, they have an expansive team that will come out to you, delivering these same high quality standards at your convenience. There is also an on premise mechanic to help with oil changes and maintenance.All in all I am floored by the quality of workmanship and service I received, proving you cant judge a book by its cover... or a business by its curb appeal.more ...hide ...

Last year summer 2021 I started apartment search for income based senior apartment do to an unfortunate situation and was given a list of different apartment communities, Anita Stroud was on the list. I Made the visit because I wanted to see the property other then what I saw on the internet. Ms. Debbie was very helpful by telling me about the complete application and the waiting process. I had my sites on another location an decided not to return the application however her follow up was exceptional, finally I told her I was no longer interested but kept the application. Recently I called Anita Stroud and again Ms. Debbie was professional in assisting me, It had been 1 year. I turned the application in. A letter came in the mail approving the screening process for the wait list YAY!!! So now Im praying and patiently waiting and looking forward to Anita Stroud to be my new home!more ...hide ...
