The rental rates are reasonable and its a generally quiet place to live! However the lawn is rarely mowed or picked up after storms. The units are very energy efficient resulting in great low bills! Place is beautiful, restaurant is run by some shady folks... Paid $1,900 for a catered meal for a repast...
