Its ok the apartments are nice but thin the staff is pretty good with communication before you move in but not so good at handling issues after The people that live under me relentlessly beat on my floor their ceilingif you breathe the wrong way beca Its ok the apartments are nice but thin the staff is pretty good with communication before you move in but not so good at handling issues after The people that live under me relentlessly beat on my floor their ceilingif you breathe the wrong way because they floors are paper thin I live on the 2nd floor and have a 6 year old child and Ive mentioned these issues to management and theyve done nothing Its even gone as far as me calling the police on them on several occasions Another negative is they dont allow pets even though some people sneak and have them anyway The kids throw balls and play in the parking lot hitting peoples cars The only positive I can think of is they are quick with maintenance and a smoke free property but people smoke on the property anyway overall I would not recommend this apartment unless you really cant afford to stay anywhere else more ... hide ...

The apartments are nice and affordable however there are somethings that can be fixed Ive been here going on 3 years and Ive stayed mostly because of the price space and location I use to have a lot spiders not small eitherMy apartment was broken in The apartments are nice and affordable however there are somethings that can be fixed Ive been here going on 3 years and Ive stayed mostly because of the price space and location I use to have a lot spiders not small eitherMy apartment was broken into October 2016 and my patio door they kicked in still hasnt been fixed correctly they sent the maintenance guy and he just nailed it but its obviously the door has been broken into They told me once when we had inspection to make sure I clean the windows because they have condensation that comes in the apartments that creates mold on the window seal I never thought much about it and Im sure if this is even related but I have mold growing on my clothes shoes and furniture Also the piping is not good Ive had to constantly purchase things like drano for the sinks and bath tub because they clog so easilyalso the kitchen sink is connected to the dishwasher so when the kitchen sink clogs so does the dishwasher I found out when my entire floor was covered with dirty dish water more ... hide ...
