Now I see the reviews, and its mostly due to lack of communication. Seems to be a good place to live if you can ever get up with anyone.***********************It looks like this may be the quickest way to get a response. I put in an application 2 months ago and still waiting to hear back. I too have heard that this is a good place to stay. Its just hard to reach anyone. Either theres no answer or the mailbox is full...which that is the case today.more ...hide ...

I submitted an application only to never hear back. They gave me multiple dates to expect a response and I never received it. 100$ in application fees to get ignored. I contacted the office multiple times and when I was I submitted an application only to never hear back. They gave me multiple dates to expect a response and I never received it. 100$ in application fees to get ignored. I contacted the office multiple times and when I was finally able to get in touch they told me they needed documentation from me, I submitted it immediately but why didn€™t they reach out to tell me I needed it? Once the documentation was submitted it was radio silence. I called numerous times and emailed throughout out the week and never heard anything back. Ultimately if they did even contact me back I would never want to live at a community with a office that you can€™t even get a hold of and I hadn€™t even moved in yet, I can€™t imagine actually living there and needing anything from them.more ...hide ...
