This apartment building could provide much better customer service because the justifications and the "I get off at 5" attitude is too common among the staff, causing the tenants to give up and put up with situations and maintenance issues that are not present in other places. If you make the decision to move here, be prepared to call the housing agency if you want any maintenance to take place. Covid is no longer an excuse; planes, trains and buses are still running with masked people providing services.
