This place is unorganized! They can never keep an office manager or maintenance technician here and it€™s very unprofessional! All apartments here needed to be serviced and renovated! Ridiculous!

My experience in dealing with Management is they are unscrupulous, less than forthcoming! I would avoid at all cost! The failed to show up for the walk through, failed to mail out my security deposit! When I called theyMy experience in dealing with Management is they are unscrupulous, less than forthcoming! I would avoid at all cost! The failed to show up for the walk through, failed to mail out my security deposit! When I called they said that they had mailed it out! I recieved mail from Duke Energy with my final bill,received a REFUND from Spectrum cable, yet nothing from Rockfish Mgt,I called and they decided to keep the full amount of security deposit, for carpet cleaning and oil stains on my parking space! Beware, also some of your neighbors might not be of the best character! My experience!Speak to the neighbors you have nothing to lose! I did but much too late!more ...hide ...
