I am not at all surprised to see this property receiving so many one-star reviews from different tenants; I can certainly relate to their experiences. Many months ago, I applied for an apartment here before the complex had reached full capacity. Many months ago, I applied for an apartment here before the complex had reached full capacity. I went through the whole process - background checks, verifications, and an interview - and was told I would have an apartment in two weeks. That turned into four months and when I called to ask what was going on, I was told (even though I had previously been told I was at the top of the waiting list) that I was no longer on the list and had to start the process all over again, though there were still no availabilities. It is very unprofessional, uncaring, and disrespectful to potential tenants. It also seems like the kind lady who previously worked in the office and took care of tenants is no longer there, while the transitioning manager who is not very professional, helpful, or courteous is still employed. I hope the company doesn't let this one person ruin the potential of this beautiful community to be an amazing place to live. more ... hide ...

Cambridge oaks is nice quiet and the apartments are cozy My RA is Alexandra Lee shes super nice and incredibly helpful

I have had my name on a list since they filled when they first opened Came back to put my name on the list for the new phase just to be told there is no longer a list Ive waited 2 years

I put a application in months ago and have been trying to call and go by there to see if anything was available and nobody has answered or returned my phone calls and messages plus I am still in the process of getting in touch with them
