Sadly had o help move my brother in laws things from his apartment after his passing last week so I didnt pay any more attention than necessary but I can say these apartments are very nice and modern. I had not visited my elderly mother in two years due to work and wanted a three day stay; however, Carol, the property manager, informed my mom I was not allowed to stay or she would be evicted. During my visit I was still working an hour away so left every night at 9pm and returned in the afternoon; even her 13 year old grandson was no longer able to visit every other weekend. Carol displays obvious favoritism as numerous people have family members that stay overnight with no issues - one gentlemans niece is dropped off by bus daily and another woman's boyfriend spends weeks with her but isn't on the lease. Your family members will be watched closely by other tenants as well due to overly strict rules and gossiping which can lead to harassment if someone sneezes too loud. If you're unfamiliar with Spindale, a poverty-stricken city with a high crime rate, avoid this apartment complex altogether as it has seen theft from "sunrooms" that get no sun whatsoever as well as a bed bug outbreak tenants are still dealing with - for the price you pay, you'd expect more for your elderly loved ones so stay far away!more ...hide ...
